How do I place a return/replacement/ request at

If you want to return/replace a product on PinkLoom, please follow these steps: Login to your account with your registered email id and password. Go to “My Account” section and then check “My Orders” tab. Click on Return/Refund. Provide all the required details and click on submit. On successful approval of the return you will receive a confirmation email. The product amount will be refunded to your wallet as points or to your Bank account as per your choice and preferred option selected at the time of placing the return within 48 hours from receiving the original product back from you in good condition.

Why was my order cancelled by PinkLoom?

We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons: If product is out of stock, if you select COD for the products on which COD is not available, Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if partial order or whole is cancelled. We will contact you if any additional information is required to accept your order

How the Return Policy at PinkLoom works?

PinkLoom gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought from within 10 days of the receipt of the order. You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, with the fitting of the product or if you receive a defective product. All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Is it possible to get an NEFT refund if I paid through Credit/Debit card or Netbanking?

NEFT refunds are made only after verification of your bank details. You need to update your bank details and canceled cheque leaf at the time of placing return. Please note that the name printed on the cheque copy should be same as the customer name help with PinkLoom. We will validate the documents and refund the amount within 48 working hours from the receipt of the returned product back.

What are the modes of payment for purchasing on PinkLoom?

All the payments at PinkLoom are secured and powered by CC Avenue and PayPal. We accept the following modes of payment. Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking of all major banks, Mobile Wallet, Cash Cards etc. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for selected products.

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

We regret the inconvenience caused. Please visit our Contact Us page available on website with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately. If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.

What is COD (Cash On Delivery)? Are there any additional charges for COD orders?

COD refers to Cash on Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping is not your forte. Pinkloom offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item. Not all deals/products have COD option. Please check before buying whether COD is available for that particular product. We regret to inform you that COD is currently not available at all location and for all products.

How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return?
